Writing

Thinking through writing, research, and reflection.

Writing has become a core part of my professional practice — a way to research ideas, process experiences, structure thinking, and contribute back to the wider community through stories, insights, and practical reflection.

Philosophy & Approach

Over the years, writing evolved into an ongoing professional practice connected to leadership, facilitation, mentoring, research, and organisational work.

As a DesignOps practitioner, I also operationalised the writing practice itself — building a publication ecosystem across 15 independent publications that function as dedicated spaces for different themes, perspectives, and conversations.

Articles combine practitioner insight, visual storytelling, structured narratives, and accessible formats designed to make complex ideas easier to explore, understand, and apply.

I write to research

Many articles begin with investigation — interviews, observations, operational experience, statistics, or organisational patterns. Writing helps transform fragmented information into clearer understanding, practical insight, and actionable perspectives.

I write to share

Writing is a way to contribute back to the community. I share lessons learned, frameworks, failures, reflections, and practitioner perspectives that may help others navigate leadership, DesignOps, mentoring, organisational change, or team development.

I write to process

Sometimes writing starts with curiosity. Topics such as organisational behaviour, corporate venture capital, fandom, leadership psychology, or systems thinking often begin as personal questions. Writing becomes a way to process complexity and develop a clearer point of view.

I write to structure thinking

Most talks, workshops, presentations, and strategic narratives begin as written scripts. Writing creates clarity — helping define what matters, sharpen arguments, and connect ideas before they are shared through speaking, facilitation, teaching, or leadership work.
